Hut Trip! A group of 6 of us went to the 10th Mountain Hut (huts.org) recently. Poor Diane was the only woman on this trip - UNTIL we got to the Hut and found that the other group consisted of TEN women. An excellent time was had by all with fine weather, great food and fantastic company.... Including John Krakauer who we all met on our way down from the hut. He was on his way up and spoke to each of us as we passed. Nice guy!
